PURPOSE: A composition containing extract of Pleurotus cystidiosus mycelium or fruit body is provided to improve anti-aging and anti-wrinkling. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging and anti-wrinkling contains extract of Pleurotus cystidiosus mycelium or fruit body as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging and anti-wrinkling contains the extract as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing respiratory disorders and necrosis-associated diseases contains the extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared by isolating with water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture solvent thereof.
