PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make operability good and to enable performing fine adjustment. SOLUTION: A slot 23 is irradiated with a laser beam being an external energy source. Thus, the energy of the laser beam is concentrated to a pillar of the slot 23 and absorbed, and this pillar is vanished by head caused by the absorbed energy. Consequently, the balance of a static water pressure in a head base is varied, shape variation is caused and the height of a head is varied.
