<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for printing on a card in which a printing unit used corresponding to a case of printing front surface information and rear surface information on a card and a printing unit used corresponding to a case of printing only front surface information on a card are appropriately selected. <P>SOLUTION: The system 10 for printing on a card includes a front surface printing unit 11 having a printer 12 for a front surface and a front and rear surfaces printing unit 31 which has a printer 32 for a front surfaces and a printer 35 for a rear surface. A control part 7 determines printing order of IC cards 1 to be printed in the order of inputs from a data base 6 based on information from the data base 6, prints front surface information 2A on a front surface of the IC card 1 by actuating the front surface printing unit 11 when printing only the front surface information 2A on the IC card 1, and prints front surface information 2A and rear surface information 3a on the front surface and a rear surface of the IC card 1 by actuating the front and rear surface printing unit 31 when printing the front surface information 2A and the rear surface information 3a on the IC card 1. The IC card 1 from the front surface printing unit 11 is sent to a stacker 19 after waiting in a standby part 15 and is accumulated in the stacker 19 based on the printing order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
