<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve photographic image quality of a proximity photographic object such as a character or a bar code without causing image quality deterioration to a general scene such as a person or a scenery, in an image pickup device, an image processor, an image processing method and a program for applying restoration processing to image data obtained by imaging a photographic object by an imaging means to enlarge an effective field depth. <P>SOLUTION: The image data obtained by taking a picture of the photographic object 11 acquired in the imaging means (a photographic optical system 12 and an imaging element 13) are analyzed in a two-dimensional recording information distinction part 14 to classify whether the photographic object 11 is two-dimensional recording information or non-two-dimensional recording information. An image processing part 16 receives a distinction result of the two-dimensional recording information distinction part 14, reads corresponding restoration processing from a restoration processing storage part 15 based on whether the photographic object 11 is the two-dimensional recording information or the non-two-dimensional recording information, and applies the restoration processing to the image data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
