COWLING STRUCTURE OF SADDLE-RIDDEN VEHICLE

Disclosed is a cowling structure that is of a saddle-ridden vehicle and that has an appearance that is difficult to damage, while improving nimbleness of banking during the initial period of turning the vehicle body. A steering device (ST) is held rotatably around the axis line of a head tube (11) in front of the head tube (11) provided to the front section of a vehicle body frame. The cowling structure is provided with: a side cowl (30) disposed on a vehicle body frame (10) on the outside in the widthwise direction of the vehicle; and an aperture section (41) formed on the side cowl (30) in a manner so as to connect the inside and the outside of the side cowl (30) in the widthwise direction of the vehicle. In a side view, the side cowl (30) is extended in front of the head tube (11), and the aperture section (41) is formed at a position that is at the same height as the head tube (11) and that overlaps the steering device (ST) in front of the head tube (11).
