PURPOSE: An apparatus for filtering stripping liquid of a separation process for manufacturing a printed circuit board is provided to prevent a filter member from blocking due to foreign materials contained in stripping liquid. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filtering stripping liquid of a separation process for manufacturing a printed circuit board comprises a body(10), a filter member(20), a cleaning unit, a foreign material container(40), and a vibrating unit. The body has an inlet port and an outlet port for stripping liquid. The filter member is arranged inside the body and filters stripping liquid. The cleaning unit comprises a brush unit for eliminating foreign materials from the filtered stripping liquid. The foreign material container collects the eliminated foreign materials. The vibrating unit separates the foreign materials from the filter member by vibrating the filter member.
