<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter which easily welds a power terminal and a bus bar. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter includes a laminate 4 laminating a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 and cooling tubes 3. The bus bar 5 is welded to power terminals 6. The power terminals 6 are formed of metal plates. The power terminals 6 has: terminal bodies 60; and connections 61 projected from the front ends of the terminal bodies 60 in the laminating direction X of the laminate 4. The connections 61 of the plurality of the power terminals 6 arranged in the laminating direction X and the bus bar 5 are connected under a state where mutual main surfaces 601 and 501 are made to confront each other.
