PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse interface software arranged in an embedded controller for handling data between a plurality of control processors and an input/output processor between the control processors, and to/from the input/output processor even if a part of the control processor is changed. SOLUTION: An interface means for managing the handover of an executive instruction from a basic control processor to the control processors and the exchange of variables between the control processors is set at each control processor. When an arithmetic logic for a part of the control variables is changed, it is not necessary to change the whole interface software but only corresponding interface software, and then, the reuse of the embedded software is improved.
