PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read data reflected with update from a temporary storage memory even in a pseudo WEB page corresponding to a WEB page to be updated, and to display the data at high speed. SOLUTION: An inquiry of presence of the update of the WEB page corresponding to each pseudo WEB page stored in the temporary storage memory is performed to a relay server from a client terminal. The relay server inquires the presence of the update of the WEB page from a WEB server in response thereto. When the WEB page is updated, the relay server acquires updated WEB data from the WEB server, converts them into pseudo WEB data, thereafter transmits them to the client terminal, and makes contents of the temporary storage memory be updated. When the data of the pseudo WEB page to be displayed are present in the temporary storage memory, the client terminal reads the data from the temporary storage memory and displays them.
