PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination measurement system for properly correcting the orientation (directivity) of an in-pipe inclination measurement apparatus, even if the orientation (directivity) is changed, and for accurately measuring the inclination of a borehole or a bracing wall. SOLUTION: The inclination measurement system is provided with the in-pipe inclination measurement apparatus 10 includes the body 1 of the inclination measurement apparatus for measuring the inclination of the borehole under the ground, the bracing wall and the wall surface of a structure, and a gyro sensor 14 and an inclination sensor mounted within the body 1 of the inclination measurement apparatus; and an inclination measurement center 21, connected via a lead wire 4 for deriving detection information from the in-pipe inclination measurement apparatus 10.
