PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine mount configured to integrate a member functioning as a stabilizer in a vulcanization molding process of mount rubber. SOLUTION: The engine mount 1 is formed by bonding the mount rubber 5 between a lower plate 4 and an upper plate 5 by vulcanization molding. A side stopper 53 is disposed in a position receding from a lower stopper 42 to form a mold drawing space for a vulcanization molding die 7 between the lower stopper 42 formed at the lower plate 4 and the side stopper 53 formed at the upper plate 5 in vulcanization molding. When a shared load is applied by the elastic support of an engine, the upper plate 5 moves downward relative to the lower plate 4 following the shearing direction deformation of the mount rubber 6, and moves down to a position where the side stopper 53 laps the lower stopper 42, thereby exhibiting a stopper function by the side stopper 53 abutting on the lower stopper 42.
