Provided is a battery cell binding body comprising: a battery-cell-arranging body in which two or more battery cells are transversely arranged made using an electrode assembly of a cathode/separating membrane/anode structure sealed inside a battery casing together with a liquid electrolyte; and a protective circuit module (PCM) which is connected to the upper end part of the battery-cell-arranging body in order to control the operation of the battery pack; wherein the battery cells or the battery-cell-arranging body are/is covered with resin over the entire outer surface(s) except for the electrode terminals, by means of insert injection moulding.
