The device is designated for obtaining powdered non-ferrous and noble metals, regeneration and recycling of etching and caustic solutions, and also for electrochemical refining of metals. It consists of an electrolyzer block (1) with rotating cylindrical electrode party immersed to electrolyte in a bath (2) of electrolyte. A stirrer block (3) performs stirring of the electrolyte. Product is wiped away and washed down from the rotating electrode to a sedimentation block (4) where the product is cleaned and settled to a collecting fabric.
