WATER TREATMENT MEMBER, SEPTIC TANK, AND WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment member, easy to use, excellent in catching sludge such as a suspending solid in an anaerobic treatment, and capable of bearing a load when wastewater in a tank where the water treatment member is disposed is discharged, and to provide a septic tank and a water treatment apparatus in both of which the water treatment member is disposed.

SOLUTION: The water treatment member 120 includes a support 210 and a carrier member 220. The support 210 has stiffness enough to hold a definite form in air or water and supports a carrier member 220 winding around the support 210. The carrier member 220 comprises a backbone member 310 of a belt-like or string-like shape, on which a plurality of fibrous carriers 320 are fixed.
