PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever switch device in which its cost can be reduced and a good attaching characteristic of a lead wire may be obtained. SOLUTION: The device includes: an operation lever 2 including a lever rod 9a; rotary switches 3 and 4 arranged in parallel along the lever rod 9a; a first operation knob 5 which performs switching of one rotary switch 3 by rotating operation; a second operation knob 6 which is placed at a position closer to a position, on which the lever is placed, of the operation lever 2 than the first operation knob 5, and performs switching of the other rotary switch 4 by rotating operation; and a knob pivot rod 7 which passes through the second operation knob 6 and pivots by rotating operation of the first operation knob 5, wherein in the knob pivot rod 7, on its outer periphery and the opposite side to the first operation knob 5 of the other rotary switch 4, the other rotary switch 4 and the one rotary switch 3 are placed, respectively.
