USER EQUIPMENT SCHEDULING METHOD IN CELLULAR UPLINK COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND BASE STATION APPARUTUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A user terminal scheduling method in cellular uplink communication system and base station apparatus are provided to increase capacity of whole networks including an adjacent cell by sharing information that controls interference between cells. CONSTITUTION: A capacity sensitivity about interference of a home cell is calculated(302). The capacity sensitivity about the interference of one or more adjacent cells is collected(304). The capacity sensitivity of the home cell and the capacity sensitivity of the adjacent cell are used. A resource allocation rate is updated according to improving transmission power of a terminal(306). One or more terminals locating in the home cell is scheduled(312).
