<p>PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to variably control an off-state domain, thereby enabling to discharge a plus ion and minus electron apart from a transistor working voltage. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device is included between a driving part(41) and a ground part and comprised of a clamp diode(42). A first diode part(42-1) and a second diode part(42-2) are connected in parallel in the clamp diode. The driving part includes a transistor. The clamp diode is connected to a gate of the transistor. The first diode part and the second diode part have different polarity.</p> |
