A BUMPER UNIT FOR VEHICLES

PURPOSE: A bumper unit for a vehicle is provided to improve shock absorbing properties by installing shock absorbing plate in the center and both sides of a bumper beam. CONSTITUTION: A bumper unit for a vehicle comprises a bumper beam(1), a shock absorption material, and a bumper cover. The bumper beam is arranged on the front and rear of a vehicle in the width direction of the vehicle and is installed in side members of the vehicle through stays(3). The shock absorption material is installed in the front of the bumper beam to absorb shock and is composed of multiple shock absorbing plates(5). The ends of the shock absorbing plates are welded in the top and bottom surfaces of the bumper beam. The bumper cover covers the bumper beam and the shock absorption material.
