<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having an excellent skin whitening effect by using, as a cosmetic compounding component, a newly created fermentation product of sake lees which is obtained from sake lees as a material and has a skin whitening effect superior to an extract of sake lees and an enzymatically decomposed product of sake lees, and furthermore a fermentation product of the extract of sake lees. <P>SOLUTION: The skin whitening cosmetic includes an enzymatically decomposed substance of a lactic acid bacterium fermentation product of sake lees obtained by subjecting sake lees to both fermentation treatment with at least one type of lactic acid bacteria and enzymatic hydrolysis treatment before or on fermentation as an active ingredient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
