PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress flaw in the appearance during assembling even when a division line in the exterior structure is formed as a free division line such as a curve in electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electronic equipment includes a first exterior member 2 having a first extension section 2a, and a second exterior member 3 having a second extension section 3a to be incorporated to abut on the inside of the first extension section 2a. The second extension section 3a has a step section 3d in a region that becomes a trajectory of the first extension section 2a during the incorporation. During the incorporation, the first extension section 2a abuts on the step section 3d. In the incorporated state, at least a part of the region is exposed to the appearance of the electronic equipment, and the step section 3d is not exposed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
