PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a soldered part capable of acquiring an image used in the determination of quality and an image used in visual examination by a simple constitution and acquiring an image for visual examination capable of easily recognizing the three-dimensional shape of the soldered part, an inspection method, an inspection program, and an inspection system. SOLUTION: The quality of the soldered part is determined on the basis of a quality determination image and the soldered part to be inspected is successively irradiated with illumination light from a plurality of different directions using the same inspection device corresponding to a quality determination result to successively acquire a plurality of images for visual examination.
