<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective relay which surely prevents, when having duplex protective processing parts, the trouble that a breaker trips when both protective processing parts simultaneously fail, and raises reliability than before. <P>SOLUTION: The protective relay includes bypass control (a) contacts 8A and 8B which are closed by bypass instructions output from constant monitoring means 4A and 4B in response to the occurrence of an internal abnormality, etc., of protective processing parts 1A and 1B and bypass control b contacts which are opened, respectively. The protective relay also includes output timing adjusting means 5A, 5B, 6A, and 6B which adjust timing of output of the bypass instructions so that the bypass control (a) contacts 8A and 8B and the bypass control b contacts 9A and 9B are not closed simultaneously by the bypass instructions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
