<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guideway of a coke oven guide car that reduces a load of pushing out coke by reducing frictional force between coke and interior surfaces (a bottom surface 2 and side surfaces 3) of the guideway 1 of the guide car, thereby reducing a generation amount of dust generated when pushing out coke. <P>SOLUTION: The guideway of the coke oven guide car is used. In the guideway 1 of the coke oven guide car used for guidance when pushing out coke from the coke oven, recessed portions and projecting portions form a plurality of slits continued in the pushing-out direction of coke on at least a part of the contact surfaces between the interior surfaces of the guideway 1 and coke. The plurality of slits are preferably formed by placing a plurality of shaped steels whose longitudinal direction is aligned with the pushing-out direction of coke, and the shaped steels are preferably one or two or more selected from U-shaped steels, I-shaped steels, H-shaped steels, L-shaped steels, and half-pipe steels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
