PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which the luminance of luminous flux of image display light is made uniform, and the light from the outside is also made uniform. SOLUTION: In the display device 1, the image display light from a first-emitting mechanism 3 is reflected by an incident surface 41 of a first light guide 4, and then the image display light is guided to an emitting surface 42; while it is reflected in a first set direction by a first surface 43a and a second surface 43b; the image display light from the emitting surface 42 is guided to observer's eye; the image display light from a second-emitting mechanism 6 is reflected by an incident surface 71 of a second light guide 7, and then the image display light is guided to an emitting surface 72; while it is reflected in a second set direction by a first surface 73a and a second surface 73b; and the image display light from the emitting surface 72 is guided to observer's eye.
