<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stably manufacturing a solar cell with high output characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solar cell having: a pn junction semiconductor substrate 1; and an electrode formed on the semiconductor substrate 1 has the steps of: applying a conductive paste onto at least one surface out of front and back surfaces; and baking the conductive paste on the semiconductor substrate 1 in a heating chamber so as to form the electrode. A ratio (V1/V2) between the gas amount (V1) supplied into a baking furnace 200 in the process of forming the electrode and the discharge amount (V2) of the gas discharged from the heating chamber is 1-2.5 inclusive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
