PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blowoff grille of an on-vehicle duct capable of flexibly corresponding to a cooling-down period and an air conditioning stable period, being arranged at any part of the on-vehicle duct, and blowing out conditioned air to a plurality of directions on a surface of an interior material so as to avoid occupants. SOLUTION: The blowoff grille 4 of the on-vehicle duct 3 includes a base portion 5 installed on a resin ceiling material (the interior material) 2, a slide cylinder portion 6 engaged with the base portion 5 so as to be pulled out to an R side in a vehicle cabin, and a plurality of fins 7 provided on an opening portion 60 of the slide cylinder portion 6 so as to open/close. The blowoff grille 4 opens the plurality of the fins 7 and blows out the conditioned air A from the opening portion 60 in an axial direction L of the slide cylinder portion 6 at an original position before pulling out the slide cylinder portion 6, and closes the plurality of the fins 7 and blows out the conditioned air A from a plurality of blowoff holes 611 at the slide cylinder portion 6 in a circumferential direction of the slide cylinder portion 6 at a pulled-out position 602 after pulling out the slide cylinder portion 6.
