PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control timing of processing performed to an output voice signal outputted by a voice output buffer even when increasing a capacity of the voice output buffer. SOLUTION: The voice output device 100 includes: a voice output part 110 including a voice output control part 111 which outputs the output voice signals to which timing flags are attached, a voice output buffer 112 which temporarily stores and outputs the output voice signals outputted by the voice output control part 111, and a voice output processing part 113 which outputs the output voice signals outputted by the voice output buffer 112; and a flag detection processing part 117 which detects the timing flag of a predetermined value from the timing flags attached to the output voice signals outputted by the voice output processing part 113. A predetermined processing is performed to the output voice signals outputted by the voice output buffer 112 at the processing timing based on the detection time of the timing flag of a predetermined value by the flag detection processing part 117.
