摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely produce a desirable kind of steel while molten-loss of a refractory is suppressed and the pick-up of hydrogen from slag is suppressed and further the pick-up of Ti in molten steel 2 is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: When a ladle-refining is performed by charging lime and synthetic flux into the molten steel 2, refined with a converter 1 or an electric furnace and also, performing the deoxidation with Al, the chemical composition of the charged synthetic flux is set to contain, by mass, 12-17% MgO,≤0.1% (excluding 0%) TiO<SB>2</SB>,≤4% (excluding 0%) SiO<SB>2</SB>, 36-40% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 45-49% CaO and the balance inevitable impurities, wherein the total charging quantity of the lime and the synthetic flux, is set to be≥1.5 kg/t and also, the charging ratio by mass% of the lime and the synthetic flux, is set to be in the range of 4:1 to 1:1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
