<p>Disclosed is a double-pipe heat exchanger which has a double-pipe construction composed of a plastic outer pipe (8) and a metal inner pipe (9). The double pipes are connected to each other through a U-shaped pipe (3), an annular rubber sealing ring (2) and a plastic H-shaped four-way fitting (1). The two final end ports of the heat exchanger are respectively led out through a plastic T-shaped three-way fitting (5), an annular rubber sealing ring (2) and a metal straight-through joint (6). The plastic T-shaped three-way fitting (5) and the plastic H-shaped four-way fitting (1) both have end ports with metal inserts (7), and round holes for the inner pipe (9) to just pass through are provided at the bottom of the metal inserts (7). Two parallel straight-pipe sections being equal to each other in length are respectively arranged at the two ends of the U-shaped pipe (3), tubular moveable joints (4) with external thread are respectively sleeved over the straight-pipe sections, and flares (12) are respectively arranged at the end ports of the straight-pipe sections. The heat exchanger has the advantages of easy installation, detachable for cleaning and low cost.</p> |
