PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform user participating type flexible information distribution according to the attribute of an information processor.

SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a server device 2 which is connected to a message database 3 in which messages uploaded from a user terminal 4 are stored; a request transmission part 21 which transmits a request of the message associated to a hash tag indicating the attribute of a KIOSK terminal 1 as an information processor comnunicably connected via a network 9 for the server device 2 to the KIOSK terminal 1; a message receiving part 22 which receives the message associated with the hash tag read from the message database 3 by the server device 2 having received the request; and an output part 24 which outputs the message received from the message receiving part 22.
