PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply desirably controlled power to a load connected to an output of a power conversion part with high accuracy by the input of power phase-controlled by a triac. SOLUTION: The electronic ballast circuit includes a rectifier receiving an AC voltage phase-controlled by a triac, a filter having a resistor element and a capacitor element both connected to the output terminal of the rectifier, and a power conversion part connected to the output terminal of the filter.
