PURPOSE:To readily and accurately electrically couple between wires by folding the wires of an inner cylinder on the end face of the wires of an outer cylinder and welding by a laser the folded part. CONSTITUTION:An inner cylinder 3 is formed of many wires 1 aligned planarly in parallel with each other to form a multi-core wire sheet, and of spirally wound wire sheet in one direction. An outer cylinder 4 is formed of reversely spirally wound another core wire sheet. The inner and outer cylinders 3, 4 are cut by a cutter 7 in the prescribed length. Then, the insulating film 10 at the outer cylinder 4 side of the cut cylinders 4, 3 is removed. Thereafter, the wires 1 of the inner cylinder 3 thus removed are bent toward the outer cylinder 4 side and are folded on the wires 1 of the outer cylinder 4, and are welded by a laser beam and are connected. |
