PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing an operation error of a rotation angle of a rotor, which is caused by generation of an error in a detection value of a rotation angle of a driven body outputted from an angle sensor. SOLUTION: In this device including a first rotation angle sensor for detecting a rotation angle of a second gear, and a second rotation angle sensor for detecting a rotation angle of a third gear, a rotation angle of the rotor is operated based on an angle difference between the rotation angle of the second gear detected by the first rotation angle sensor and the rotation angle of the third gear detected by the second rotation angle sensor (S406), and a crossing angle θK at which the angle difference between the rotation angle of the second gear and the rotation angle of the third gear becomes zero is operated based on the rotation angle of the second gear detected by the first rotation angle sensor and the rotation angle of the third gear detected by the second rotation angle sensor (S1307), and the rotation angle of the rotor operated in S406 is corrected based on a deviation between the operated crossing angle θK and an initial crossing angle θK0 determined beforehand (S1310-S1312).
