摘要 The invention relates to an electric energy unit (2,102, 202, 302) comprising a plurality of electric energy cells (4) which are stacked in a stacking direction to form a cell block and connected in parallel and/or in series to each other within the cell block, wherein the electric energy cells comprise planar arresters (14) that project from the cell with the surfaces thereof being substantially parallel to each other, wherein the main surfaces of the arresters are oriented substantially perpendicular to the stacking direction, wherein the arresters of a cell at least partially do not cover each other in the stacking direction, wherein each arrester of a cell at least partially covers a arrester of a cell following in the stacking direction, as viewed in the stacking direction. The invention is characterized in that the electric interconnection between opposing arresters is established by plated-through or non-plated-through spacers (20, 120, 220, 520, 620) that are arranged in intermediate spaces between arresters of consecutive cells, wherein the spacers are clamped between the arresters by a pressure force by means of a clamping device (10, 506, 508, 524, 526), wherein the clamping device is arranged completely outside of the arresters. The invention further relates to spacers for use between arresters of consecutive cells in such an electric energy unit.
