PURPOSE: A heat exchange ventilator is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency by forming an air flowing path to be connected to an inlet, a blower, and an outlet. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange ventilator comprises a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger(122), first, second, third, and fourth opening and closing units(131,132,133,134), a first blower(141), and a second blower(142). The first heat exchanger exchanges internal air with heat. The second heat exchanger exchanges external air with heat. The first opening and closing unit is opened in a ventilation mode so that external air can pass through and is closed in a heating and cooling mode. The second opening and closing unit is opened in the ventilation mode so that internal air can pass through and is closed in the heating and cooling mode. The third opening and closing unit is closed in the ventilation mode and is opened in the heating and cooling mode so that external air can pass through. The fourth opening and closing unit is closed in the ventilation mode and is opened in the heating and cooling mode so that internal air can pass through. The first blower discharges the external air to the outside. The second blower discharges the internal air to the inside.
