PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantum semiconductor device capable of realizing a desired energy band structure even when a quantum dot is employed, and to provide the manufacturing method of the same. SOLUTION: The quantum semiconductor device is provided with a laminate 22 consisting of a plurality of laminated layers of the quantum dots 14, 16 whose materials are different from each other. The laminate is constituted of a plurality of quantum dots whose materials are different from each other, and which are laminated whereby the desired energy band structure can be obtained.
