PURPOSE: A transmission method of uplink control information and an apparatus thereof are provided to guarantee performance of the uplink control information with high priority by performing separate channel coding about the uplink control information with high priority. CONSTITUTION: Reverse repetitive coding about first uplink control information is operated. Joint coding about the first uplink control information and second uplink control information is operated. The first uplink control information and the second uplink control information are transmitted through one transport format. The first uplink control information is an SR(Scheduling Request). The second uplink control information is a CQI(Channel Quality Indicator). The first uplink control information has a high priority than the second uplink control information.
