PURPOSE: A ballpoint pen where a control system is fixed is provided to prevent the use of unnecessary ballpoint pens by inserting a control hole is inserted to a control hole insertion groove. CONSTITUTION: A ballpoint pen where a control system is fixed comprises a control hole insertion groove(11), a control groove(10) controlling the use and non-use of the ballpoint pen, and a control hole transfer groove(12). The control hole insertion groove is formed in order to insert the control hole. A ballpoint pen lead push part has the control hole transfer groove. The control hole controls the use and nonuse of a ballpoint pen and is positioned at the lower part of the control hole transfer groove. |
