<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a dye-sensitized solar cell and the dye-sensitized solar cell manufactured thereby are provided to physically decouple between two electrodes of the dye-sensitized solar cell using nano-fiber capable of stably supporting and separating the dye-sensitized solar cell. CONSTITUTION: Cross-linkable resin is spread on a first substrate. A side of a metal mesh layer is soaked on the spread cross-linkable resin. A first electrode is completed by cross-linking the cross-linkable resin. A second substrate laminated on the top part opposing the first electrode is connected with the first substrate.</p>
