PURPOSE: A slot insulating paper cutting apparatus for a motor is provided to supply an optimized cutting device for cutting both end sides of the slot insulating paper, thereby improving work speed and reducing a failure rate. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) is comprised of an upper(11), lower(12), and side frame(13). A hydraulic device(20) is installed by being fixed in the lower end of the upper frame and comprises a hydraulic cylinder(21) and a piston rod. A pressing plate(30) is coupled to an end part of the piston rod and moves up and down according to the operation of the hydraulic device. A pair of cutting device(40) comprises a cutter attaching board and cutter and coupled to the lower part of the pressing plate. A pair of rail supporters(50) is projected to the upper part from the lower frame. A guide rail(51) is attached to the rail supporters. A sliding device(60) is coupled with the cutter attaching board and comprised of a sliding groove in order to be able to move on the guide rail. A jig(70) is fixed on the upper part of the lower frame and supports each end side parts of a slot insulating paper. A pair of cutters is arranged in order to have a downward slope to the side frame.
