PURPOSE: An optical pointing module and electronic device having a lamp function are provided to minimize an optical pointing module and an electronic device in order to equip a portable terminal with an optical pointing module having lamp function. CONSTITUTION: A laser light source(310) is installed on a printed circuit board. A housing(100) penetrates laser light which is emitted from the laser light source. The housing has an edge of a transparent material. A light unit(320) supplies light to the outside.
