PURPOSE: A swing intensity confirmation and head-up prevention swing practice mat is provided to prevent weakening of swing power by dispersing the focus of direction or hitting power. CONSTITUTION: A swing intensity confirmation and head-up prevention swing practice mat comprises a tee and a mat. The tee is formed of a metal sinker in the center thereof. A metal layer is formed inside the tee. The mat is equipped with a metal plate. The partition is made of a rubber material between metal plates. A piezoelectric sensor(31) senses a hit and changes the hit into an electric signal. A signal amplification part(32) is provided with an electric signal and amplifies the signal. The controller(33) calculates the amplified electric signal. A circuit is composed in order to indicate the intensity of the hit in a display unit(34).
