PURPOSE: A device for sealing a pipeline provided in a subterranean structure is provided to secure the safety of a worker from electric leakage due to high voltage by inputting a hose from outside between a ground equipment and the subterranean structure to perform closing outside. CONSTITUTION: In a device for sealing a pipeline provided in a subterranean structure, a tube(11) accepts silicon of a gel type. A discharge gun(12) discharges the silicon by pressing the tube which is fixed and is detachable. A hose is combined with the end of the outlet of the tube and discharges silicon to far away. A supporting member(14a) is combined with the hose in longitudinal direction of the hose to prevent the deflection of the hose. A fixing member(14b) holds the supporting member along the longitudinal direction of the hose.
