PURPOSE: A barge for dredging and driving and a using method thereof are provided to stably perform a dredging work by installing the barge in a water bottom depending on working conditions. CONSTITUTION: A barge for dredging and driving comprises a center hull(20), balance hulls(30A), and a pile driving space. The center hull has a center water chamber for generating buoyancy and filling water. The balance hulls are connected to both sides of the center hull and have a balance water chamber for generating buoyancy and filling water. The balance hulls maintain the balance of the center hull. The pile driving space is formed in the front end of the center hull.
