PURPOSE: A branch duct for controlling the flow rate of air is provided to accurately control the flow rate of air because a fixed blade is fixed at a uniform position regardless of the rotation of a movable blade. CONSTITUTION: A branch duct(100) for controlling the flow rate of air comprises a fixed blade(200), a movable blade(300), a shaft(400), shaft coupling holes(140), shaft coupling units(210,310), a rotation cutoff body(420), and a control lever(600). The fixed and movable blades are inserted into the shaft. The shaft penetrates the shaft coupling holes. The shaft coupling units are formed in one end of the fixed and movable blades. The rotation cutoff body, coupled to the shaft coupling unit of the fixed blade, is formed in the bottom of the shaft. The control lever is formed in the shaft coupling holes and comprises an indication unit(610), a center hole(630), and a protrusion(620).
