<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device applicable also to a jig pallet to which it is not possible to supply power always and capable of fixing a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The clamp device 1 fixing the workpiece W provided with a clamp hole Wb in a predetermined face Wa includes: a clamp device body 10 provided with an abutting surface 102a on the tip side; a rod part 20 having a shaft part 201 and a tapered part 202 and capable of proceeding/retreating; a grip part 30 arranged so as to cover at least a part of the peripheral surface of the tapered part 202 and capable of being elastically deformed in the radial direction of the tapered part 202; a rod driving part 40 having a cylinder part 401 and a piston part 402 arranged so as to slide against the cylinder part 401 and driving the rod part 20 from a clamped position to an unclamped position by making liquid flow into the cylinder part 401; and a spring member 404 arranged inside the clamp device body 10 and energizing the rod part 20 toward the clamped position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
