PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a semiconductor device during standby. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes: a circuit block 10A connected between power lines VDDTL and VSSTL; a logic circuit 10B-1 for receiving an output signal of the circuit block 10A connected between the power line VDDTL and a power line VSSL, or between the power lines VDDL and VSSTL; and a circuit block 20 for receiving the output signal of the logic circuit 10B-1 connected between the power lines VDDL and VSSL. Between the power lines VDDTL and VSSTL, a first voltage is supplied in active state, and a second voltage lower than the first voltage is supplied in standby state. Between the power lines VDDL and VSSL, the first voltage is supplied in both the active and standby states.
