PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein it is difficult to accurately detect a partial discharge signal in a conventional technique. SOLUTION: A partial discharge measurement apparatus 1 includes: a first resistor 2 having one end connected to a portion of a power line for connecting an inverter apparatus and an electrical load, to remove the entire or a portion of a high frequency noise generated by the driven inverter apparatus and superimposed on the partial discharge signal; a first capacitor 3 connected to the other end of the first resistor to convert a partial discharge voltage by dividing it into a low voltage in a pair with the other capacitor; a second resistor 4 connected to the other end of the first capacitor to remove the entire or a portion of the high frequency noise generated by the driven inverter apparatus and superimposed on the partial discharge signal; a second capacitor 5 connected between the other end of the second resistor and the ground to achieve a voltage dividing function in a pair with the first capacitor; and a voltage detection sensor 6 for detecting a voltage value applied across both ends of the second resistor and the second capacitor.
