<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a server apparatus satisfying convenience and confidentiality compatibly. <P>SOLUTION: A message mediation apparatus for mediating a message transmitted from a transmission source terminal to a reception destination terminal, is equipped with: an identification unit for identifying personal information of the message; a storage control unit for generating a substitution character string obtained by substituting the personal information identified by the identification unit by a character string not including the personal information and storing the personal information in association with the substitution character string in a substitution table of a predetermined storage unit; and a substitution unit for referring to the substitution table to substitute the personal information of the message by the corresponding substitution character string, transmitting the substituted message to the reception destination terminal, and substituting the substitution character string of a reply message for the substituted message received from the reception destination terminal by the corresponding personal information to transmit the substituted reply message to the transmission source terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
