PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement and method for manufacturing a fish grill tray, wherein a grill and water tray are prevented from getting soiled during cooking of grilling fish by a one-side grilling grill of a stove. SOLUTION: A fire-retardant sheet material is made of an aluminum foil etc. and spread on the grill of the one-side grilling grill for the stove. While being hollow-supported by the grill and the top part of the side face and the flange part of the water tray, the fire-retardant sheet material is bent or gently squeeze-curved linked with pulling closer and pressing down by a plate-like manufacturing implement which is made of synthetic resin etc., thin, rigid, and adjustable properly with respect to the position of pressing and has sizes which is not in contact with the side surface of the water tray. This forms a mountain-folded part, a valley-folded part, the side surface part, and the flange part. Moreover, a wave-formed structure of practically sufficient rigidity and depth is provided by the reinforcement of the mountain-folded part after molded.
